[Milsurplus] AN/PRC-59 OTA

In 1975, I worked on them occasionally at one of the local  the 2 way 
radio shops. The tubes were indeed easy to get and not expensive. 
However, all the ones I serviced then had some sort of power supply and 
nicad batteries retrofitted,   67 1/2 volt "B" batteries were becoming 
quite expensive and had to be special ordered. Most of the customers 
using them were construction companies, they were battered and well 
used, and the fact they worked at all in that environment speaks well 
for the design.
