Here is a quick update on the West Coast Military Radio Collector’s Group 21st Annual Meet -

The 21st Annual West Coast Military Radio Collector’s Group meeting at Camp San Luis Obispo has been scheduled at the NCO Club on Friday and Saturday May 6th & 7th, 2016. Early arrivals on Thursday May 5th are welcome after 1 pm as usual.

I have just posted the artwork and ordering info for this year’s T-Shirt on the website (http://www.mrcgwest.org). Please get your orders in before March 31st. Remember – you don’t have to be present to get one... (hint)

We have a few so far – we can use a few more. Please let me know if you are willing to stick your neck out.

Rian W6SVU has a story about bringing back to life SCR-284, BC-312, BC-342 and possibly BC-779, common problems and likely suspects. Included are pictures showing the refurbishment of the radio room at Fort MacArthur where those sets are now located.

Jim K6FWT is presenting his latest BC-375 adventures

John WB6AZP will talk about the MN-26 Radio Compass and SCR-274N sets he restored for installation in a ANG P-51C.

Finally, I’m told that Ed KG6UTS is preparing something...
