JoeAs a guess, potted transformers and chokes with terminal strips instead of flying leads, hermetically sealed capacitors and oil filled capacitors instead of electrolytic. These items are listed in TM11-4054.
There is supposed to be a list of MWO's in FM 21-6, but I could not find it. Did you get the power supply with the receiver? BC-1004 -A or -B or -C or -D?Jim

I picked up a very nice BC-1004 this week. The nomenclature tag says that it was made by Hammarlund. Underneath that section, it says it was modified by American Television Labs Inc. What kind of modifications did American Television Labs make?
