What kind of reference material is available for "military insulators"  (
Yes. )

I have a friend who is really into insulators. I would probably be better
off if i had gone into that

instead of metal.  ( One of his rarer insulators was recovered from a sunken
Japanese ship at Truk. )

 

I suppose something like SIG-5 has an alphabetic IN- listing?

Are there any photographic directories you have seen?
