[Milsurplus] [ARC5] Brewster F-2

That was possibly an (or the) oil scraper ring. Going back to my car engine
overhaul days, the lower ring on the piston was an oil scraper ring.
Turning it upside down may have allowed oil to lubricate the upper rings,
at the expense of increased oil consumption.
