I can.
It's the AN/VRC-12 series (RT-246*/VRC, RT-524*/VRC, R-442*/VRC), first deployed in the early 1960s (first manuals dated 1969), and finally phased out of service in the US Army Reserves in 2008 after about 45 years of service.
And that's only the service with US forces. The AN/VRC-12 series will likely continue to be used by small-country military forces the world over for many more years.
