A modest person emailed me with some superinteresting production data. Here’s a quote: “....254.7 million pounds of tomato catsup and 1,024,000 pairs of women's winter panties purchased.In the Signal Corps section of medium range portable radios, the AN-TRC-2 is listed as a 12-man pack set for remote units, total production 970 sets, 575 in 1944 and 395 in 1945. “ He didn’t see any radio item listed with 124 total, so that must have been a hallucinationon my part.-H
