[Milsurplus] AN/SRR-13 Improvements Article

I found in my papers an article on improvements to the SRR-13 receiver,
written by Walt Hutchens, 1991, and i think, mailed out as a kindness to
multiple 

recipients.  I wonder, is this 16-page article identical to his article
which appeared in E.R. ( Electric Radio ), date unknown, or was this an
amplification of 

the E.R. article and offered therein?

 

Also, given its freely distributed origin, is there any problem with it
being published online? 

I am thinking i need to archive less paper. Altho this is a splendid looking
and reasonably good receiver as-is, i think i have enough restoration
challenges

on my plate, that i surely should not acquire an SRR-13 in the next year or
two, and that means probably that i should never think about owning one. 
I probably should offer this 16-page letter/ article to someone with an
actual use for it. 

 

My understanding is that Walt Hutchens, for whatever reason, decided to put
some distance between himself and the rest of the 'surplus hound' 

community, and hasn't published articles in some years.
