You can buy refillable aerosol cans.

As for matching, I've had bad luck, personally, because the matching machine 
averages out the color, based on fading, dirt, light and dark areas, gloss, 
et cetera.  Also, if the sample is thin, it averages the surface color and 
what's under it.
