[Milsurplus] Technical Manual for TS-352B/U Multimeter Needed

I have a TS-352B/U Multimeter that I use for HV measurements that's gone on
the D/L.  I have the operators manual TM-11-6625-366-10 which is commonly
found on the web but I need the technical manual with the schematics.  Does
anyone have a copy or scan I can use?
