If you are talking about the circuit below, there is no triode in it. If you mean "...pulling the 
OSC 6V6....", it might. I'd have to redraw the circuit to determine that, though. Output would 
be pretty low, IMHO.

Yes, but so is a lot of other "crap". Like two resistors. In any case, as I pointed out some 
time ago, a 6V6 would not make a really effective ECO due to the beam-forming plates in it.

I'll redraw the circuit here and see what I can figure out.
