Well, the 'storage conditions' were about ideal. The coffee was still
drinkable; the machineguns worked. IIR, the borrowed radio was a VHF set.
I have no idea, never seen any word on what happened to the HF radios.
Perhaps they disappeared with some of the ground search crew or one of the
oil exploration crews. There used to be some hope that Qaddafi would
'eventually' put the remaining wreckage into some kind of museum, or not,
but
with the present chaos of medieval Islamics caught up in murdering and
plundering each other's cult, there's probably no hope anything marketable
remains.
