How about the AN-104 ax handle antenna. It was used on WWII Aircraft and
works great on these frequencies. Its strong and heck hence the ax handle
moniker.
A search will show examples and a few for sale.

Hi, I might suggest you look for an AT-412/TRC it is an adjustable dipole
100-255 MHz. Uses a "C" connector (looks like a large BNC). Very rugged!

VHF 108 or 118-136 MHz antenna. Something rugged, REALLY rugged! I have a
couple of AS-1181/UR I can use, but they look a little flimsy to me...
What have you got?
