[Milsurplus] Mystery Generator

I will get pictures; can I post them to this reflector? (may take a few
days) I hasn't been run in a long time, and there is nothing about
voltage or frequency on the nameplate. There are two three-prong
outlets, but don't look like the usual 120 volt standard.
