I think the best place to buy such reasonably is at a small or medium sized 
hamfest.
You have to realize that such a large and heavy equipment has very limited 
appeal, despite the appreciation of the aficionados here.
I recall seeing an RBC at the Rickreall hamfest last year, $75. It was on 
the floor in front of a table and I don't recall seeing a single person
bend down to look at it. It was just an obstruction to the crowd walking the 
aisle.
