[Milsurplus] PL-55 Barrel Stuck

Guys;

   I think I've been down this path before but can't remember how it 
cure it.

   I've got a PL-55 "barrel" seized on the brass part of the phone plug. 
It's won't twist off.

   I've tried cooling and heating the connector to no available. Is 
there something I can
  drip in the joint to free it up?
