Mike -
I have had a lot of those to deal with. I use a small/micro butane torch.
Just insert the wrench into the screw and then heat it fir a second and it
loosens right up and there is no damage at all. Quick & easy. Check
something like eBay 151593853385 . 73 - Mike

Subject: [Milsurplus] Set screw lacquer solvent
Good Morning,
I have box of Command Set variable capacitors and finally got a set of
Bristol Spline wrenches to work on them.
What solvent can I use to on that red lacquer so that I can loosen the set
screws?
