I got the little RCA set out and get it working.

My transmitter at least will indeed cover 7160 KC.
The receiver tops at 7190 KC, but this one indicates
about 30 KC high on that end.

Transmitter control settings for 7160 KC into
a 50 Ohm dummy load.
