If no luck in finding a original name plate I can make a photo copy of mine on adhesive backed paper and mount it on a aluminum plate for you.
The size of the name plate on mine is 2 7/8" x 1 3/4".. If the sinful hole for the S meter is bigger in dia than the plate would cover I could 'fudge' the size of the name plate copier to make it a bit larger to cover the hole.

Subject: [Milsurplus] Name Plate for the RBM-5 HF Receiver, CAY-46077-A
Looking for a Name Plate for the RBM-5 Receiver, I have the High Frequency Receiver (CAY-46077-A) where someone remove the name plate and placed a meter there. I would like to do some restoration work on the receiver.
Can any one help or steer me in the right direction. Back in May when I was out to Dayton, I stopped at Fair Radio, no luck there.
