Received an item today...  A NOS application specific HF antenna for Class C 
telemetry.  Item was unused, sealed in a plastic bubble-bag, wrapped in 
paper, in the box.  This was then placed in a heavy padded envelope, which 
surprisingly, survived!!

For reason unknown this f-tard decided to wrap the original box in clear 
packing tape.  Not just a little over the flap of the box, not across the 
flap in one direction...  This arse-clown had two mummify the box in two 
different directions!  Wrap it one way, which it didn't need but was more 
than enough, nah, let's encircle it in another direction.  Twit.  Completely 
surprising me, I was able to very slowly peel and remove all of the tape. 
This is like a one in a million shot, but it survived.
