[Milsurplus] [ARC5] BC-348 PSU questions

FWIW, an actual Heathkit transformer would have a number like 54-23
stamped on it.
(IIRC 54-xx is the class for power transformers)

But the red HV winding tied to the filament makes no sense to me at all.
