Subject: Unknown IFs
I hit the send key by accident before finishing my previous email. here is the rest of it:
A bushel basket full of new and used IF transformers followed me home from the SCARS swap meet this past weekend and I need help in identifying four of them.
I checked them for resonance and it appears to be 910 kHz or at least somewhere around 900 kHz.
Among them were some mil looking IFs 1-3/8" square by 3-3/8" tall with spade lug mounting. Their tops are not shielded but have phenolic fiber wafers with slots for solder tabs to project through, similar to their bottoms where there are solder lugs projecting through.
Markings on three of them are: 4-I.F. and SC830A. Markings on the 4th one are: 3-I.F. and SC169A.
Does anyone know what equipment these might be from?
