[Milsurplus] Black Wrinkle Finish

Over 45 years ago when I was in high school, I would scrub dirt off
wrinkle finish items with a soft brush and dishwasher detergent, rinse
and dry thououghly, and apply a thin coat of Klear floor wax. It looked
great.
