The cited article was very wrong about the SCR-134.  That set, consisting of a BC-114 receiver-transmitter, dates from 1920!  It could be found in early aircraft like the Douglas O-25 biplane.  It was never in 1930s aircraft like a B-10.  It was paired, eventually, with the separate SCR-160 interphone set.

The only plausible liaison radio set for a B-10 was one of the 1934 SCR-AA-187 (BC-AD-219 and BC-AA-191), 1935 SCR-AB-187 (BC-AE-229 and BC-AA-191), or 1936 SCR-AC-187 (BC-AG-229 and BC-AA-191).
