[Milsurplus] mystery Navy xmtr?

Cool transmitter, almost like the evolutionary step between the TBW/GO family and the BC-375, It's all just pure speculation on my part but have always assumed the TBW/GO stuff was a lightweight version of the TDE shipboard transmitter for aircraft and field use and that's how the TBW evolved but have no clue how the BC-375 came to be.
On the subject of the TBW if anyone has a gutted or otherwise TBW or GO transmitter they would be willing to part with I have been playing around with the idea of building a late thirties style rack mounted transmitter around an 813 and the TBW or GO both have many removable controls and name plates that would lead themselves to this idea. Would not want to cut up a good TBW or GO but one that's been hacked or otherwise abused can have real possibilities. I would like to use there same oscillator, Intermediate amplifier and PA deck but would do an entirely different keying system and power supply. Screen modulation is a toss up.
