[Milsurplus] Info on RT-934A / GRC-168 UHF AM Transceiver NEEDED

Does anyone have any info, manuals, etc. on a RT-934A / GRC-168 UHF AM
Transceiver produced by ITT Aerospace for the FAA?  

It's a 200-399 MHz AM transceiver, 120VAC or 28VDC.    Like most FAA sets,
very little info is on the web.
