ELECTRONICS magazine for Dec 1940, p 79, shows the Westinghouse model HR radio
predecessor to the Navy's TBY. I would take a guess, with the market the HR was
aimed at, that the "HR" might represent something like "Handy Radio". The photo 
in the original paper copy is better; you can make out that there's no nameplate
and no telegraph button key on top. I still have the paper copy, and am reluctant
to part with it until I can assure myself of a better scan of the photo.
