[Milsurplus] MBF value?

A buddy has a stock MBF with shock mount, accessory box, covers, and
handset.What's a fair price for him to ask?

He has another converter to tunable rcvr and 49mc operation - maybe has the
accessory box, etc. for that but will have to dig it out. What's a fair
price to ask for this one?

He'd like to sell the pair together if possible.
