[Milsurplus] UGC-144 terminal

I bought a UGC-144 terminal on the bay place some time ago.

Its in good physical condition and seems to run through the initial test routine OK, but - -

the display is not working properly. I can tell that it is going through the startup test routine, but the characters are all but impossible to read. Could read the ROM date, but everything else was there but the dots were not in the right place to make the letters.

Anyone have a -30 manual for this. I have the -12 and -23P.

I suspect that there is either a display driver board problem or a display defect.

Any ideas????
