[Milsurplus] Navy Radio web page going dark

Hi,
I am bugging out of the host for my secondary Navy Radio page, which has
some information that might be useful if you are into aircraft VHF radios
like ARC-1 and ARC-4.

I don't intend to preserve this page as I am in a "choose your battles"
mode.  Grab it while you can.  Host it if you want.
