[Milsurplus] Help ID this connector

Would appreciate any assistance in indentifying the equipment to which the
following cable assembly belongs. 

The cable is about 60 inches long.  At both ends, the connector is the
same.  The numbers on each connector are:
Bendix – 8246 and MS3116E8-4P.  They are keyed locking male plugs.  The
center portion of the connector is circular about ¼” ID.  Inside this
circular area, there are four pins oriented in a square pattern, about 1/8”
apart; two of the pins are slightly larger than the other two.  The physical
size of the entire connector is about half that of a PL-259 in diameter and
about the same length when a small coax adapter is used.

I called too late today to talk with the folks at William Perry but having
worked with them in the past, I’m not sure they have cross references that
would show where the connectors are used.  Will try again tomorrow.
