CQ Surplus Conversion Manual  released in 1948 was the basis for all the work I did on my conversion stuff but that was for the Q version. N-08-145 is readily available for download but that just covers the modern J,Q and N versions, too bad because supplying a PDF of that’s no big deal.
Looks to me like yet another example of the superiority of the J,N and Q  over there primitive counterpart.
