[Milsurplus] wanted information on the E10K built in 1940

hi all
       does anybody have a parts list for the E10K german receiver? 
because all i have is the pdf manual with just the circuit diagrams for 
the FUG 10 which have the resistors labeled with a 'W' number but no 
values of the parts. its because the receiver that i have the resistors 
marked 'w31 an'w37?' are broken,because it didn't have the outer cover 
when i got it.thanks for you kind assistance.
