Dave, re the WE227 manual - here's a devil's deal. You can either get a
schematic and voltage table next week, or you can wait til end April, and
get a whole manual. Yes, this is one of those delayed-gratification 
psychology experiments.
BTW, if anyone is interested, I have the USCG nameplated same radio,
possibly for sale. The USCG nomenclature is non-AN/ , is is TRC-109.
