[Milsurplus] [ARC5] Interesting manual

I've had one of the manuals since 1996 but have never seen nor heard anyone 
else mention the hardware.  My guess is that the converters were a stop-gap 
or substitute for the ARD, both being superceded by AN/APR-1.
