I remember a series on PBS about the men who work as ordnance disposal
during the Blitz of London during WWII. If memory serves it was called
Danger UXB. It show cased all the efforts the Nazi's went to make bombs
that would kill anyone who tried to defuse them. And the counter measures
that were develop to to over come the Nazi's. To this day if you are
going to do any type of construction work in London, you have to have the
OD guys standing by.
