[Milsurplus] MT-1176/FR

CY-1221/G holds the receiver, transmitter and transmitter power supply, and 
sits on top of the MT-1176/FR.  Radio components are the same as AN/VRC-6 
(AN/FRC-15) or AN/VRC-19 (AN/FRC-27).  Also part of AN/TRC-34.
