[Milsurplus] Super Pro Part Needed

I know I'm probably dreaming in technicolor but does anyone have a
Hammarlund SP-600JX parts unit/junker from which they would be willing to
sell me the small white plastic(?) chart that is used to record the
frequencies of the crystal oscillator?

Once upon a time somebody was reproducing these but I'm quite sure they are
not available via that route any longer (please correct me if I'm wrong).
I'd even take a broken, warped or otherwise mangled one to use as a pattern
since I have someone that could reproduce them using engraved lamacoid
material.
