[Milsurplus] "GRC-5" Receiver on Epay

Say someone has a GRR-5 receiver to sell on Epay. So they list it, but 
even tho they include the manual, with a photo showing the front cover
of the manual, they list it as a "GRC-5".  I don't get it. Is that a 
case of bad eyesight, or reading difficulty? I don't get it.
Does this happen in Germany?
