Think the article is starting on page 39 and is three or four pages long. I did not get the opportunity to read it yet but just glance at it in the current issue. Completely amazed me being a magazine that’s normally committed to pushing the newest technology that can be sold and the concept that true fulfillment cannot occur in Ham radio unless you are buying the cutting edge of what’s for sale out there that they would allocate that much space to something so removed from what the new equipment market is pushing. This is at least the second or third time the command sets have been brought up from the past, first in the image of the command sets in the retro “Field Days” logo and now a real article about the radios. Also recall there was a write-up about the BC-221 this year and all of this was outside of the confines of the “Vintage Radio” column. Ray F/KA3EKH
