That may well be, however the schematic shown was far from an Eldico which
used larger high power tubes and was on a big heavy chassis. It was also
1949 vintage, so, hard to believe they would be using such in 1974. 73 -

The Army used an Eldico TR-75 painted in Army Green in some instances. One
recently sold on Ebay.
