[Milsurplus] Testing Ralph's Excellent Adventure.

Applause to Ralph, W4XE, admin of this list, who has
 in the past couple of days changed settings
to allow posts up to 256 kB. This was done to allow 
subscribers to post small photos. 
I think his list is about to become even more popular.
Any text + photo post larger than 256 kB gets
rejected. Ralph has said that he will stop the 
option if subscribers abuse the privilege.
