[Milsurplus] eBay & milsurplus

Hi

If you dig into the eBay complaint process, it’s a bit odd. Essentially anybody
can trigger the process. There is no need for them to be official in any way. Once
triggered, eBay does it’s thing. They have *never* been very good when they do
an “enforcement” action. It’s always been an overboard kind of thing.
