[Milsurplus] What is it?

Some kind of staged photo. I am not sure at all about the "radios" but there
are a lot of dangling cables and that M1 has its bolt locked back, a clip
half charged (this is not something that anyone in a combat area would do)
and there is some kind of inventory control tag wired to the front sight. I
am thinking that that is some kind of display rifle somewhere that they used
when they staged the photo.
