Addendum:
Over the years I have rebuilt many bathtub and tin-can capacitors
because it's the easiest way, (AR-8506-B, AR-8500, and others) sometimes
because they were leaking, and sometimes "just because." Touch the
bottom with a torch and it comes apart, and stuff with new capacitors.
