[Milsurplus] Shipping: Gotta Vent

You've got it easy, Dave. I've been trying to get a vehicle moved from WA
to NC for nearly a month. Finally got it picked up Tuesday. The shipping
world in general I think reflects our current state of affairs in the
country: confusion, lack of leadership/accountability, lack of concern,
runaway costs due to over-regulation, over-taxation, etc etc.

I've always had better luck with UPS than FedWrex, but like you I've
resorted more and more to USPS lately due to cost. They're also the only
affordable option for international shipping now through Priority. Not
cheap, but a fraction of UPS/FedWrex price. Just be careful with insurance
fees. That's what really jumps up the price.
