[Milsurplus] [Glowbugs] URR-21 Crystals ?

Sencore makes a couple of models of Frequency counters, that include a crystal checker. It 
gives a convenient digital readout of the fundamental frequency. We use a couple of these, 
and other means of testing crystals in addition.
