I've scanned the first 4 issues of BuShips Electron (NAVSHIPS 900,100)
which replaced the Radio and Sound Bulletin starting in July 1945.

These have hints and info re: radar, sonar, and comms equipment and
operation. Also some articles on future trends (UHF comms, RATT, radar
upgrades, etc).
