[Milsurplus] Interesting Russian site with equipment manuals

OK, as I had a little free time I was looking for information on a Navy module, CFN-46ADT that I have had for a few years.  It seems to be the shipboard equipment for the ABA airborne IFF transmitter / receiver system.  It uses three 2C40's in cavities and an acorn tube and operates around 470 mc.  In looking for a description of the Model BP that the above plugs into, I found this Russian site.

Look at the 5X series of documents, mostly in English but a few are in Russian.  Some nice copies of US military manuals.  Is this common knowledge?
