Hello all:If you can find your manual on BAMA or otherwise. Download the .PDF. Then go to LULU.com and upload the file. They will print a slick cover, spiral bound, double-sided 8 1/2" X 11" book for about $10. I have had 300+ page books printed by them for less than $20. You can also get perfect bound 6 X 9 and other sizes. Turnaround time is about 1 week.Thanks, Mike, K4TQF
